Wellbeing Rainbow - ELSA Support for emotional literacy

Wellbeing Rainbow

Rainbows are everywhere at the moment and I thought it might be nice to combine wellbeing and rainbows.

The 5 a day for wellbeing is really helpful at the moment for everyone. You can read about it here on the MIND website but I have also included a brief summary in the resource pack. Mine is obviously more child friendly.

Children can colour the rainbow for your window and they can also use one of the small ones each day to colour in each time they manage to achieve one of the aims.
