Moving on poem for transition

Here is a ‘moving on poem poem for transition’ that I wrote for children moving onto secondary school. This has had an update because my previous poem assumed you knew the children from Reception. This new version can be used for all children.

The bookmarks are editable in PowerPoint. There is also a poster to display.
