This ‘Moving on display pack’ was requested from one of our members. It is a display pack for transition to secondary school.
It fits in nicely with our free game for transition
It basically covers 50 questions that pupils may have about secondary and I have also included an editable template so you can add anymore you may think about.

- 50 question cards on A4 – please print smaller if needed
- 38 feeling words
- Editable feeling words (PowerPoint needed)
