5 Star ‘Calm down’ breathing exercise

I cannot take credit for this idea as I have seen it on Pinterest but thought I would make my own version. Hopefully it will help children to calm themselves down if stressed, anxious, angry or upset.

Start with breathing in, then hold for a second, then out, then in, hold for second and so on.
