Yasmine Yogi and Phoebe Bee

Yasmine Yogi and Phoebe Bee is a book full of yoga and mindfulness exercises written by Kath who runs Relax kids courses and yoga classes for children and adults. She wrote this book when all her classes had to be stopped due to the pandemic.

It is full of exercises for children that are very detailed and well explained.  She uses her two main characters of Yasmine Yogi and Phoebe Bee to introduce each exercise. These characters are based on her children. Age range is primary – up to age 11 but to be honest anyone could use this exercises. I have had a go at a few of them and they are brilliant!
