This is a Time to sleep story pack for helping children who struggle to get a good night’s sleep. It is a very general story but one that will work for most children in this situation.
Bedtime can be a problem for many children. Whether they have worries on their mind or they just aren’t sleepy. Perhaps they have had too much screen time or watched a movie that has caused over thinking. Perhaps they just aren’t calm enough at bedtime. This pack will go through many areas where children might struggle with sleep and give some possible solutions.
