Feelings check in
This feelings check in was a request from an ELSA for a simple check in with some strategies to use.
It includes, faces for pupils to think about how they are feeling. The words are given as a prompt. Why do they feel that way and what might help them with that feeling. They can tick off some of the strategies or write their own at the bottom.
