Fantastic Feelings by Jane Rogers
Fantastic feelings is a book by Jane Rogers. She recently sent me this to read through and I love it! Lots of lovely poems, stories and activities around feelings.
In this book you will find children doing all the same things that you do and feeling a whole lot of different feelings just like you.
Grumpy, sad, happy, angry, peaceful, excited or shy, to name but a few.
Which feelings do you recognise?
Do you worry when you have to try something new?
What gets you really excited?
Wen do you feel most happy or sad?
And what’s that feeling you get when you know you have done something you shouldn’t have?
Also included are some activities and stories for you to do that will get you really thinking and talking about the world of feelings.

There are lots of poems I like but this one stood out for me.

There is advice in the book such as this on worrying.

And even stories

Great for ELSAs, Teachers, school staff and parents!
