This is ‘Express yourself Feelings’ resource is for Children’s Mental Health week which looking at ‘My voice matters’ and expressing yourself. For ELSA work then expressing feelings is fundamental so I hope you find this sheet helpful.
Expressing feelings helps children understand emotions, fostering self-awareness and healthy emotional development. It builds empathy, communication skills, and a foundation for positive relationships.
