This is a disappointment activity to help pupils work through disappointed feelings. Disappointment is a sad and uncomfortable feeling. It happens when something expected or hoped for doesn’t happen. It is helpful to be able to accept the feeling and let it go.

This worksheet will help pupils to work through their disappointed feeling.
