Good day/Bad day
The “Good Day/Bad Day” technique helps children reflect on their day’s experiences. Encourage children to share both positive and negative aspects of their day, listening attentively and offering support without judgment. Focus on positivity by celebrating successes and identifying silver linings in challenging situations. Empower children to problem-solve and express optimism for the future. By practising this technique regularly, children develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, learning to navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
Our resource is suitable for young children as well as teens. There is a drawing version and a writing version with and without clipart.
