Wreath mindfulness activity
I always think that crafting or making things is such a mindful activity. This wreath mindfulness activity is fab to do and just requires a few cutting and sticking skills. There are a few different Christmas designs included and even a blank copy so pupils can decorate themselves. Just make sure they don’t cover the lines that need cutting. All you need to do is print onto A4 paper or card.
They could write things into the wreath such as family members, friends, adults who support, their strengths, talents, emotions around Christmas, calming ideas and so on.
Full instructions are in the pack when you download it.
