The 'NOT TO DO' List - Elsa Support for emotional literacy

The ‘NOT TO DO’ List

When anyone gets stressed their minds can be full of things and this little worksheet will help to sort out everything on their minds.

Is it someone else’s responsibility?

Is it out of their control?

Could it be done another day?

Ask the child to fill in thinking bubble for everything that is bothering them as far as things that need to done. Then try and sort them between the three different boxes. Hopefully there will be very little left on their minds to worry them.

This is a good one for YOU too!
