Self-Esteem Activity For Children: Seeing Your Strengths
This simple but effective self-esteem activity for children encourages pupils to think about how they see themselves and recognise the qualities, strengths and positive characteristics they have.
Using the glasses worksheet, pupils can draw or write what they see when they look at themselves – including their strengths, the things they are good at and the ways they use their positive qualities in everyday life.
A lovely visual self-esteem activity for children to notice their strengths, build self-awareness and develop a more positive view of themselves. It can be particularly useful for pupils who find it difficult to recognise their own qualities or tend to focus on what they feel they can’t do.
A simple activity with a powerful message: there is so much to see when we look at ourselves through kinder eyes.
