This is a downloadable resource - once purchased, it will be available for you to download.

Our Worry Wobbles intervention is fab for working with a group but I thought for working one to one this Worry wobbles workbook might be very helpful.

This is a workbook with 33 pages.

Children will learn:

  • To recognise a worried face and sort between happy and worried
  • To scale worries between BIG and SMALL
    To recognise body feelings
  • To talk to someone about BIG worries
  • To understand the link between thoughts and feelings
  • To learn some ways to deal with small worries.

This is for KS1 children. For older children please use my ‘Master your Monsters’ workbook.

"I am a head of year in a secondary school. I am not ELSA trained, but I find this site so helpful in my day when working with the students.
It is a very valuable resource that I use every day.
 Thank you."
