Worries to Wishes Rainbow – Item 736
This Worries to Wishes Rainbow activity helps children notice their worries and practise turning them into positive hopes or wishes.
Writing worries down and transforming them visually into a rainbow supports emotional regulation, optimism, and resilience. It also provides a calming, reflective process and a tangible tool children can use whenever they feel anxious.
