Teen Pause Anger Tab Booklet – Item 752
Introducing our TEEN PAUSE ANGER TAB BOOKLET. Anger is normal, but knowing how to manage it safely is a skill every teen can learn. The PAUSE booklet is a practical, interactive tool designed for teens AND preteens aged 10–16 to notice their feelings, calm down, and make safer choices.
How it works:
The booklet is designed to be cut out, folded, and put together, giving teens a creative, tactile experience as they explore their feelings. Using the acronym PAUSE, it guides them to:
- Pause – Stop for a moment and notice what’s happening in your body and mind.
- Air – Use slow, calming breaths to reduce tension.
- Underneath – Explore the feelings hiding beneath the anger with the anger iceberg.
- Select – Choose safe responses using a clear, visual choice wheel.
- Evaluate – Reflect on what happened, what worked, and what could be done differently next time.
