The Changing Thoughts A5 Notepad is all about changing your thoughts. Thoughts can affect your feelings. If you think of bad things then you will feel bad. If you think more positively you can feel so much better. Think about what has happened and what your thoughts are. Try and change them. Look at things from a different perspective. The more practise you have, the better you will be and the easier it will become.

This is the Changing Thoughts A5 Notepad. This is one of a series of notepads we have created to help you and your children. You can use the notepads both in the class or at home. Easy to write on, and tear off. You can use the notepads with individual or multiple children, or just for yourself.

A5 Notepad:
We selected a high quality paper that you can write on with most types of pens, pencils and crayons. We wanted to be able to write on the notepads without show through or bleed to the other side. The notepads have a self-supporting hard back which makes them easy to write on without the need to rest on a hard surface. Each notepad contains 50 easy tear-off sheets. We supply all our notepads with an instruction sheet that describes its purpose and how to get the best use out of it.

All our Notepads are printed on FSC certified paper, and the packaging we use to send you your Notepads is fully recyclable, plastic free, biodegradable and made from sustainably sourced materials.
