Calming down resource pack for pupils to learn different coping strategies for emotional regulation.

This consists of:

  • 24 Posters to put in your calm down area or classroom
  • 24 Cards to put on a key ring as a reminder
  • A 25 Page workbook to go through the strategies
  • An example planning sheet
  • A blank planning sheet

Calming strategies include the following:

  • Breathing
  • Beanbag
