Parental Permission letters
Here are two letters that I have used for parental permission. The logo was of my school so I just put in the ELSA support logo so you could see where to insert your logo. Just right click the image and select ‘change image’. I have included bits which you will need to select and delete as you see fit. Please include an ‘ELSA Leaflet’ with your letter.
