Optimistic October Calendar
Optimistic October Calendar
Our Optimistic October Calendar offers 31 simple, child-friendly activities to help children build hope, positivity, and a brighter outlook. Each day includes a small idea such as sharing a smile, saying something hopeful, or noticing the good things around them. These prompts encourage children to look forward, feel more positive, and spread optimism.
The benefits of using this Calendar include:
- Encouraging hopeful thinking by helping children focus on what could go right.
- Boosting resilience through reframing challenges in a more positive way.
- Spreading positivity by encouraging children to share optimism with friends, family, and classmates.
- Supporting wellbeing by creating daily habits that nurture confidence and joy.
- Building a sense of routine with uplifting activities children can look forward to every day.
The Calendar can be used in classrooms, small groups, or at home. Children can try one activity a day, or dip into it whenever they need a boost of positivity.
The calendar is designed to be printed on A3 paper for display, but if you would like each child to have their own copy, it can be printed on A4 paper too.
A wonderful way to move through October with hope, positivity, and a brighter perspective.
