My Feelings Scale
My feelings scale resource pack contains a worksheet in colour and black and white and a card for your lanyard.
We have these Feelings Scales which have different colours if you want them to match your scheme. Click the picture to take you there.
This can be adapted for any feeling the child has. Scaling will help pupils to understand their emotions and the intensity of those feelings. It will help them recognise triggers for different feelings and good discussions can be had on how to move their number down the scale. What coping strategies can they use?
