Mindfulmonday Week 3 – Proud of me
mindfulmonday is back and each week you will get a worksheet and some suggestions on how to use it. This will appear in the BLOG section of our website.

This will be useful for ELSA sessions but also for teachers who want to include well-being in their class. The sheets can be used in class or taken home for homework.
Teachers if you want to introduce well-being in the classroom you don’t need to look any further than ELSA Support!
Please check BLOG each week to download the new FREE resource for mindfulmonday. The resource will become active every Sunday at 7:00am, ready for the beginning of the week.
This will build up into a 12 week teaching pack.


Being proud of yourself feels AMAZING! Pupils should be encouraged to be proud of themselves at every opportunity. It helps build self-esteem and will help pupils feel happier with themselves.
One time when I felt incredibly proud was when I created a Christmas wreath from tutorials on Youtube. I can’t tell you the feeling of satisfaction I got from doing something a bit tricky and creating something to be proud of. We WANT pupils to feel that way when they achieve something amazing, don’t we?
This week hopefully we can get that across to our pupils.
