mindfulmonday is back, this is the Mindfulmonday Week 2 – Relax, and each week you will get a worksheet and some suggestions on how to use it. This will appear in the BLOG section of our website.

This will be useful for ELSA sessions but also for teachers who want to include well-being in their class. The sheets can be used in class or taken home for homework.
