Mindfulmonday Week 1 GRATEFUL

Mindfulmonday Week 1 Grateful: mindfulmonday is back and each week you will get a worksheet and some suggestions on how to use it. This will appear in the BLOG section of our website.

This will be useful for ELSA sessions but also for teachers who want to include well-being in their class. The sheets can be used in class or taken home for homework.

Teachers if you want to introduce well-being in the classroom you don’t need to look any further than ELSA Support!

Please check BLOG each week to download the new FREE resource for mindfulmonday. The resource will become active every Sunday at 6:00pm, ready for the beginning of the week.

This will build up into a 12 week teaching pack.

The first week will include a front cover and contents sheets so you will know what is to come each week. You can build up your pack and file it for future use.

Gratefulness is proven to increase happiness and well-being. When pupils look for things to be grateful for they are basically looking for positives in their life. It is a fabulous habit to get into and will really help them to be more positive.

Included in the week 1 is also a happiness scale to use as an assessment tool.

The main pack for each week will include the activity which may be one or two sheets and a list of ideas on how to promote this within ELSA sessions or classroom and a certificate.
