Mindful March Calendar
Our Mindful March Calendar offers 31 simple, child-friendly activities to help children pause, notice, and build small moments of calm throughout the month. Each day includes a short, meaningful prompt such as taking a slow breath, noticing sounds, moving mindfully, or reflecting on how their body feels. These gentle ideas encourage children to tune into themselves and the world around them in a safe and supportive way.
The benefits of using this Calendar include:
- Promoting emotional wellbeing by helping children build regular moments of calm and awareness in their day.
- Encouraging focus and regulation through simple mindful pauses that support attention and self-control.
- Building self-awareness by helping children notice their thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and surroundings.
- Supporting a calm classroom culture where slowing down, noticing, and reflecting are part of everyday routines.
- Creating healthy lifelong habits that help children use mindful strategies beyond March and into daily life.
The Calendar can be used in classrooms, small groups, or at home. Children can follow one prompt each day, or dip in whenever they need a moment to pause, reset, or feel more settled.
Designed to be printed on A3 for display or A4 for individual use, it’s a gentle and supportive way to fill March with calm, awareness, and mindful moments.
