Memorable Moments jar for transition
Transition time to secondary school is a huge thing for many pupils in Year Six. This memorable moments jar will help pupils to reflect on their memories of Primary school.
Lots of people have asked for a version for each year group. I have created a partially editable resource which you can find by clicking the picture below.
Pupils are asked to write a list of memorable moments. They can then draw or write their favourite one in their jar. This is a lovely keepsake to take away. It could also be made into a display. You could cut out the actual jar, make a display and have the heading ‘Jars full of memories’ or ‘Memorable moments’.
