Managing exam and test anxiety – It is common for pupils to feel anxious about any exams or tests that they have to do in school. There are a number of resources on the website that will be helpful to manage those nerves. Happy pupils with good regulation skills are likely to perform better. Please do explain that a little anxiety and stress is normal and it can actually help them perform better. Too much stress and anxiety will have the opposite effect.
