It’s Ok to Poster
This is our ‘It’s ok to’ Poster. It is A3 so you can print it and display it in your ELSA area. You could display it in classrooms too.
The poster shows pupils, “It’s okay to make mistakes, be yourself, say no, ask for help, feel your feelings, not be okay, and start again.” These simple yet important phrases serve as a reminder that imperfection is a natural part of the human experience, and that each stumble or setback is an opportunity for growth and learning.
By embracing our imperfections and vulnerabilities, we allow ourselves to authentically connect with others and cultivate greater self-awareness and compassion. Saying no, asking for help, and acknowledging our emotions are acts of self-care and self-respect, demonstrating strength and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
