Hello Yellow Tab Booklet
This is our ‘Hello Yellow Tab Booklet’ for World Mental Health day. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as looking after your body. This booklet will help you explore ways to feel good, manage your emotions, and build habits that support your well-being. Each tab represents a key idea to remember about mental health, and we’ve made it fun and easy to learn!
Here is a run through of each letter of YELLOW in the Hello Yellow Tab Booklet:
- Y is for Your feelings matter – It’s okay to feel all kinds of emotions, and talking about them helps!
- E is for Everyone needs support – You don’t have to handle everything on your own. It’s important to ask for help when you need it.
- L is for Listen to your body – Your body gives you signals, like hunger or tiredness, to show what it needs. Paying attention helps you stay healthy.
- L is for Learn to relax – Relaxing your mind and body can help when you feel stressed or worried.
- O is for Offer kindness – Doing something kind for others makes you feel good too.
- W is for Wiggle and move – Moving your body keeps your mind active and helps you feel happier and more energetic.
It can be used individually, in groups or whole classes. Let the children cut out the pieces and put them together.

Hi there, this is a booklet for world mental health day – ‘Hello Yellow’ is a theme so red blue and green wouldn’t be appropriate. Sorry we can’t help on this occasion.
