Use our planning sheets for planning your sessions. This will help you to get the absolute best out of each session. This format works well. The download includes a blank sheet and also one with prompts to help you fill it in. Just print, keep it in front of you during the session and make sure you review the session. You don’t need to write a lot in each box just notes that you understand. Planning is for YOU. It is YOUR planning. Well planned sessions make a huge difference.

If you want to use our electronic planning sheets you can download them from here. These are simple to use and can be edited in PDF format. You will build up a bank of planning where you can copy bits from one sheet to another sheet.
