Hi am looking for resources for children with bad dreams and are afraid to go to sleep. Any ideas are welcome. Thank you

      Hi Kerry,

There is a lesson plan on the site about night time https://www.elsa-support.co.uk/lesson-plans-for-groups-and-whole-classes/
Dreamcatchers are fab to make and also worry dolls. They can put the doll under their pillow to help them sleep through the night. Also if you look at the Relax Kids website there are some fab CDs for listening to before going to sleep. Makes the child very relaxed. Also look at the relaxation cards on the site https://www.elsa-support.co.uk/relaxationcalming-activities-children/
