This is a brand new workbook on self-esteem. Lots of children suffer from low self-esteem and this workbook has 25 activities to help them grow their self-esteem. When children have low self-esteem it can stop them doing things, due to fear of failure, thoughts maybe very negative and they might criticise themselves, they might struggle with friendships, are quiet, lack confidence and perhaps don’t feel very happy a lot of the time. It can massively affect well being.
Hopefully this book will help them discover they can do lots of things, be positive, have friends, speak out, know their strengths and feel happy!
