A few people have messaged me asking for an ‘Anxiety booklet’, after using the ‘Anxiety and Worries Group intervention’ so as to focus more on the individual child. Here it is ‘Master Your Monsters’ workbook. There are 25 pages in the booklet, using some of the ideas from the group intervention plus other ideas.  Also included is a diary to take away at the end of the intervention. There are two differentiated sheets in this diary so you can choose one for the child. Print this page several times and add more pages if needed.

**If you are ever worried about a child then please do seek expert advice and refer the child onto professionals. This workbook will give calming strategies and explains what anxiety is but if a child has severe anxiety then leave that to the professionals. Remember that the ELSA role is to support children NOT to fix them.

"Such a wide range of resources to choose from - always something that can be used for different ages and situations. I have used so many and return to them time and time again. They are all super, but my favourites are the actual programmes that run over several sessions - for example the Super Girl Group. So easy to follow, it provides great confidence to allow you to really engage with the group rather than worry about what to do next. Brilliant."
