I wrote the Bee-Linda Bee story 3 years ago when given a challenge from the writers group that I attend. We had to write a children’s story.

This activity book will compliment the story with lots of mindful colouring and some activities too.
Mindful colouring is amazing for losing yourself in the present moment. Concentrating on colours and deciding which colours you will use can consume you so much that you forget everything else. The finished product can really boost self-esteem because you have achieved something. You have something to be proud of.
This resource can be printed as a booklet. I would suggest you do not do back to back printing because the colours may come through. I have left a slight margin on the left hand side for stapling.
You could also just print the pages you want to work on.
