Concertina Booklets
These are concertina booklets for working on various areas. There is one that is ‘all about me’ and 4 covering core emotions.
These are simple to print out, decorate and write in. They concertina up to show the child’s face and shoulders and what the book is about.

These are great for ‘getting to know you’ sessions, working on core emotions and could even be displayed on the wall.
The emotions booklets have other possibilities such as ‘Times you felt like that’, ‘synonyms’, ‘body signs’ ‘thoughts’ and so on.
The pupil can decorate the face and shoulders. They can do a bit of mindful colouring by making patterns on the shoulders like I have in the photographs.
