Affirmations Fortune teller

Fortune teller, cootie catchers or chatterbox are all words associated with these little origami tools. This post has an affirmations fortune teller for you to print out and use with children.

Great fun to use and great for discussion. The child can be involved in making their fortune teller or you can just make it up for a warm up part of your session or to end your session on a positive note.

This fortune teller is for affirmations. So the child picks one of the characteristics and spells it out by moving the fortune teller. They then pick and number and move the fortune teller that number of times and then they pick another number and look to see what the affirmation says.
