Worry Cards for year 6 transition. What if? Questions posed by pupils.

Worry Cards – Year 6 ‘What if?’

Download this wonderful set of worry cards for transition. A huge thank you to the ELSA Group who came up with all these suggestions. These are real questions that children have asked. There are 63 cards altogether.

Pupils do worry about things and if you can address these worries it can be really helpful and make transition so much easier for them.

There is a set of cards and a useful board game to play with your pupils to encourage them to talk but in a fun way.

"Debbie goes above and beyond to help with any resource we need. I particularly love the ‘Express Yourself’ booklet. The kids love it! It’s a good conversation starter, especially when I print one for myself and we draw by sharing experiences together. Love it! Dona Jones - SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant and ELSA (primary)"
