Here are a couple of games to play with LOTS of ‘getting to know you’ type questions. Perfect for a beginning warm up with either one to one working or group working.

All you need is a die. Roll once to find the row and roll again to find the column. Answer the question. If you laminate it the child can cross out the ones answered. Perhaps answer 3 or 4 questions.
