Asking questions without blame

I came across some questions on pinterest about asking questions of children. So often when we ask children questions we do it in a way that appears accusing. You can guarantee when you do this the child will lie to you. If you ask in a different way you may get the answers you require. I have made a little set of fans that you can put together to remind yourself. This is a restorative approach to sorting out a conflict.
