A New Day

This poster is a reminder for everyone including adults on how we should try and start a new day. Some nice deep breaths, a bit of stretching, set out a goal for the day, put a smile on your face, be thankful or grateful for something and forgive yourself for anything that happened yesterday. A new day, a new beginning, a new start for everyone!
